February is here!
The month were a cute little furry animal is supposed to tell us how much longer the winter weather is around (…has it even gotten here yet?). That time of year where you are surrounded with hopeless romantics. And every 4 years we get an added bonus…one extra day. I’m hoping that will give me just a bit more time for my goals. There’s a lot on my plate & I could really use any extra minutes…hours…or days! On the top of my list this month is planning for my blog party.
Well, I have 28 other days to talk about that. It’s the first of the month & time to put another amazing person in the limelight!
It’s time to shine the spotlight on a very dear friend of mine, a gal who I know I can always talk to about my crafty addictions.

Tell us a little bit about you.
I’m Gillian, a 20-something crafter from Canada, and lover of all things crafty, reused and beautiful! I live in Ontario with my boyfriend and cute cocker spaniel-poodle mix pup Jesse. Craftzilla Conquers the world is a blog where I share fun tutorials, thrifted finds, recipes, snippets and photos from my life (I won’t lie, there may be a lot of cute dog photos) as well as sneak peeks from my Etsy shop, Craftzilla Conquers. I’m calling this the year that my crafty dreams come true. What are some of your crafty dreams?
My crafty dreams for this year include designing some new products for my Etsy shop, learning some new jewellery making skills, and collaborating with some local businesses. I also want to learn how to use my serger properly, without doing something goofy like sewing my hand to it.
What is your most favorite blog post that you’ve written? Why does that one stand out to you?
